 High Power feedthroughs are available from 5,000 volts up to 20,000 volts and 30 amps up to 150 amps.

All four styles are offered on Conflat compatible CF metal seal and ISO-KF elastomer seal flanges.

High Power / Voltage Feedthroughs

- 5kV, 10kV, 20kV, from 30 Amps to 150 AMPs 

High Power feedthroughs are comprised of 304 stainless steel, OFE Copper, Vacuum Grade Brazed Alloy, and high Purity Alumina Ceramic. 
We offer four power ratings (up to 20,000 volts and 150 amps) that are rated from -200°C up to 250°C.  All have a vacuum range of 1x10-10 Torr (Ultrahigh Vacuum) and 1x10-8 Torr (High Vacuum).  Our other high power feedthrough components consist of push-on and in-line connectors, vacuum polyimide cables, and air service cables.

All four styles are offered on Conflat compatible CF metal seal, ISO-KF elastomer seal flanges, and custom flanges (upon request).

High purity Alumina ceramic insulators (ceramic feedthrough) provide electrical isolation.  Pure copper conductors (OFE) provide maximum current capacity.  The high purity Alumina ceramic is bonded to metals in a vacuum furnace environment using semi-precious high temperature vacuum grade brazed alloys.
