UHV Cryogenic Breaks

Cryogenic breaks are designed for the transmission of cryogenic fluids down to liquid nitrogen temperatures (-200ºC). A maximum thermal gradient of 25ºC per minute across the break must be observed to prevent seal damage. Breaks are designed with thin metal transitions that provide flexibility at cryogenic temperatures and are limited to a maximum line pressure of 15 psig.
