Vacuum Electrical Breaks on ISO Flanges

Vacuum breaks are designed for service in high vacuum applications.  A maximum thermal gradient of 25ºC per minute across the ISO break must be observed to prevent seal damage.  KF/LF fitted vacuum breaks are constructed with non-rotatable flanges at both ends.
