Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) is a colorless organic thermoplastic polymer used in many engineering applications. PEEK has excellent chemical and thermal resistance and is a great in-vacuum alternative to other materials. PEEK monofilament is ideally suited for applications that require extremely high mechanical, thermal and chemical properties. PEEK monofilaments can be used in applications like aerospace, industrial high vacuum, as well as research and development ultrahigh vacuum cable harnesses, and medical applications. AGP’s PEEK monofilament is rated at 250°C and UHV environments up to 1x10E-10 Torr of pressure.
