Accu-Glass Products vacuum and air-service threaded couplers are ideally suited for mating fiber optic feedthroughs and cables that are fitted with precision SMA 905 connectors. Vacuum versions of the coupler include a radial vent hole, which allows for evacuation of trapped volume inside coupling cavity. Since air-service couplers do not require venting, they are not fitted with a radial hole.
