Ultra-Torr® to KF Flange Hybrid Fittings

Ultra-Torr® is a quick-disconnect elastomer-sealed tube fitting designed for fast, easy, and frequent connection and disconnection cycles. The Ultra-Torr to KF fitting is ideally suited for making an elastomer compression seal to the OD (outside diameter) of smooth glass, metal, and/or plastic tube supply lines. The ISO NW KF flange, often referred to as a ‘quick-flange’, uses a hinged-clamp mechanism to compress an elastomer O-ring seal between a pair of 15° tapered stainless steel flanges. It too is a reuseable, fast make and break high vacuum mounting interface rated for high vacuum service to 1x10E-9 Torr. AGP offers Ultra-Torr® fittings mounted to 16, 40, and 50mm industry standard, hinged-clamp ISO NW KF (quick) flanges.
