High vacuum seal is made using the included Viton compound elastomer gasket (113096), and four (4) 8-32UNC x 5/8" long screws and washers (113097). Installation requires customer machining/polishing of chamber wall or bulkhead. See bulkhead machining drawing below for required dimensions.
