Flat D-Sub Ribbon Cable Assemblies

Connector to Cable (UHV) Ultrahigh assemblies are fitted with PEEK subminiature-D female or male connectors at one end and non-terminated, Kapton® insulated ribbon cables at the other.  The female cable connectors mate directly onto the vacuum-side of  subminiature-D UHV feedthroughs, HV feedthroughs, HV Bulkhead-D feedthroughs, or with subminiature-D PEEK and Macor connectors.

Contact to Cable UHV ribbon cable assemblies include male or female contacts on one end and non-terminated, Kapton® insulated ribbon cable at the other.  Special Note:  They do not include PEEK connectors. The 50-pin contact-fitted cable will not allow subsequent connector installation.  Wires must be threaded through the 50-pin connector back-piece before crimping contacts.

Connector to Connector Extension Cables are fitted with a PEEK subminiature-D female connector on one end and a female OR male PEEK subminiature-D connector on the other end of a 19" or 39" UHV ribbon cable.

  • Subminiature-D 9, 15, 25, 50-pin interface
  • High temperature rated to 250°C (Feedthrough)

  • PEEK connectors with locking screws
