PEEK and Stainless Steel Cable Ties

PEEK Zip Ties

PEEK (polyetheretherketone) Cable/Equipment Ties are ideal for ultrahigh vacuum, high temperature, and harsh chemical environments.  PEEK cable ties are rated to 250°C and 1 x 10-10 Torr.  The uses for these PEEK zip ties are virtually unlimited.

Stainless Steel Cable Ties

Our stainless steel zip ties are also ideally suited for ultrahigh vacuum, high temperature, and harsh chemical environments.  SS ties are rated to 538°C and 1 x 10-11 Torr.  Stainless steel cable ties have a much greater loop tensile strength than PEEK and are constructed with fully rounded edges and smooth surfaces to protect cables and/or equipment.

Stainless Steel and PEEK Mounts

Mounts allow stainless steel and PEEK ties to be inserted from either of two sides, providing a low profile attachment for minimum space requirements.  Mount using Vented Screws or using Torr Seal.

The Accu-Glass Products' line of ergonomic Cable Tie Installation Tools has a lightweight design to speed installation and reduce repetitive stress injuries.  These installation tools provide a flush tie cut off, "eliminating sharp edges that could cut into adjacent wire bundles."
